We’re looking at 9 of Austin’s neighborhoods that are seeing some intense real estate action and how they differ from each other while also retaining some of the qualities that make Austin living so popular!

 

 

  1. Castlewood Forest: 78748 – MLS: SWE

Located near Lady Bird Johnson Wildlife Center, this south Austin neighborhood is a gorgeous area with many trees and houses with plenty of yard space. Conveniently located between I-35 and Mopac, there are many close attractions including South Park Meadows and Moontower Saloon. Not to mention the many yummy dining experiences that await your tastebuds.

 

  1. Circle C Ranch: 78739, 78749 – MLS: SWE

This is a large planned-community established in the late 80s.
